At decentstorepk, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully check all products before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of wrong, damaged, or defective items. Requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear proof (images or video).

Products must be unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. Items damaged due to customer misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
